Responsibilities:
Manages the services provided by the Customer Service Center staff, and ensures professional and timely resolution to all incoming calls. In collaboration with staff, analyzes weekly call volume trends and service enhancements opportunities to increase Division’s customer service experience. He also manages the approval process for Tuition Waiver requests for both employees and/or their dependents.

Responsibilities:
Acts as a primary point of contact for all Human Resources inquiries. Assists new employees with onboarding and scheduling their benefits appointments in both face to face and phone interactions, and handles all incoming physical traffic to the Division of Human Resources.
